Sultana Downrigging 2024

There is nothing quite like seeing the Downrigging Fleet illuminated along the Chestertown waterfront - for many visitors it is the highlight of the festival! Our Friday night Ship Illumination and Fireworks Show (9:00pm) is often the busiest night of the Festival. While you are on the waterfront, stop in the Festival Village for some great food and bluegrass (village pass required).

PLEASE NOTE: While there are plenty of great places to view the ships, the docks at the Chestertown Marina are closed at dusk.
